We think of consciousness as something abstract and static, but the truth is that when we free ourselves from social impulses, as when we sleep and dream, it has the capacity to shift from its usual position, creating new perceptions.
My work represents this transformation, the metamorphosis of consciousness in the different phases of sleep.
